CSCE 4.0

Final conference

The final conference of the project "Circular Society Challenges in the Economy 4.0" concluded successfully with a series of insightful presentations and discussions.

The event began with opening addresses from representatives of the Research Agency, various Partners, other distinguished guests, and representatives of the Bratislava University of Economics and Management (BUEM).

The plenary session, featured three key presentations. Dr. Rhys Evans from the University of Green Development in the Kingdom of Norway discussed the "Social Aspects of Innovations in CSCE 4.0," emphasizing the societal impact and necessary adaptations for the circular economy within the context of the fourth industrial revolution.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Michal Fabuš and Dr. Andrej Rácik from the Bratislava University of Economics and Management in Slovakia presented on the "Pedagogical Aspects of Innovations in CSCE 4.0," highlighting the importance of educational innovations and their role in preparing future generations to thrive in a circular economy.

Finally, a team from the Bratislava University of Economics and Management, including Prof. Dr. Vojtech Kollár, Dr. Silvia Matusova, and Dr. Marian Kovac, presented the

"CSCE 4.0 Project Results and Outcomes."

·       They provided a comprehensive overview of the project's achievements, outcomes, and future directions, demonstrating the significant progress made in integrating circular economy principles within the modern economic framework.

 

Overall, the conference shed light on the multifaceted challenges and opportunities presented by the circular society in Economy 4.0, fostering a collaborative environment among researchers, educators, industry partners and youth participants.
